VACANCY – CORPORATESALES REPRESENTATIVE
The primary role of the Corporate Sales resource is to buildmutually beneficial business relationships with our clients. He /She isresponsible for understanding the clients’ business, recommending solutionsthat are fulfilling to the clients’ needs and managing delivery within theagreed timelines.
This is a largely independent role requiring a seasonedsales executive with a consultative sales background and the tenacity toexecute on lead generation, forecasting, prospecting and driving opportunities toclosure.
Through training, this individual will acquire expertise onthe company Solutions.
Reporting Line: Reports to the Business Development Manager.
Key initiator of new business development targeting mediumto large sized accounts for strategic penetration.
Execute on the Sales strategy and country strategic plans.
Maintain a pipeline that’s three times the monthly revenuetarget.
Quarterly competitor market intelligence reporting aimed atcustomizing company Solutions and proposals to meet and exceed clientrequirements.
Write and oversee delivery of effective business proposals.
Close business consistently within the company guidelines.
Have strong business development skills preferably in B2Bsales.
Key project management skills including time and taskmanagement
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A well-developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills,high levels of commitment, energy, motivation, flexibility and personalintegrity.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Marketing or abusiness-related field.
3 years + professional work experience in marketing andbusiness development
Proposed Salary:Ugx 2.9M (negotiable)
